About

A bike list you can trust at face value

Tandem Cycles lists complete bicycles from UK retailers. The difference is that we don’t trust the feeds — we check every listing every night, and take down whatever fails.

Why bother?

When we first loaded our main retailer’s feed, almost every product photo was a dead link, and one listing in five pointed at a bike that was no longer for sale. The feed said otherwise. Most comparison sites would have published it as-is. We built the nightly check instead.

Why “Tandem” Cycles?

Because the best bike rides are shared. Tandems are the most sociable machines in cycling and the worst served by shops and comparison sites alike, so we wrote a proper guide to them — and we list every tandem we can find in our retailers’ feeds, including marketplace sellers on AliExpress, clearly labelled as such.

How the site is paid for

Links to retailers are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking one, the retailer pays us a commission and you pay the same price. It never decides what we list or how we sort it — the default order is simply cheapest first. See the affiliate disclosure.
